The ideal candidate must possess the ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks. Responsibilities

The Occupational Analyst will work as part of a research team on multiple projects. Job responsibilities may include:

    • Preparing technical reports
    • Presentations to clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Human Resources, or I/O Psychology (or related area)
  • Five years of related experience

Required Skills

  • Excellent research and analytical skills (with an emphasis on types of analysis noted above)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong computer skills including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with:

  • Civilian Occupational classification systems (e.g., SOC, O*NET, OPM)
  • Military occupational classification as well as military education and training

Web Developer

Responsibilities

  • Define application objectives by analyzing requirements and envisioning system features and functionality
  • Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages of custom development vs. purchased alternatives
  • Develop applications by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities,
  • Troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
  • Design and implement browser-based user interfaces for current and future websites and web applications
  • Design database tables for storage
  • Develop SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Collaborate with other members of the IT team
  • Participate in quality assurance and testing activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Four to Six (or more) years of web application development work experience
  • Expertise and hands-on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's
  • Knowledgeable in responsive design, Bootstrap, AngularJS, React, Vue
  • Experience implementing complex business rules
  • Ability to produce valid, well-commented code
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-manage deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with:

  • Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Razor, SQL/SQL Server. LINQ

The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management team with execution of multiple projects. The Project Coordinator must demonstrate effectiveness as a team player and possess strong attention to detail. Due to the military focus of much of our work, this position would be well suited for a military veteran or military spouse.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
  • Develop or update project plans for all projects 
  • Develop and manage work breakdown structures (WBS) 
  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables 
  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines
  • Coordinate activities of project personnel
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and mitigate risk
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team-member with all levels of staff
