Anheuser-Busch is making national headlines with a bold new investment: $300 million aimed at modernizing U.S. manufacturing and expanding veteran employment opportunities across its operations. At the core of this initiative lies a powerful recognition—the value of military-acquired skills—and we’re proud that SOLID’s Map My Future platform is helping bring this vision to life.
As highlighted by Fox Business, Anheuser-Busch is now the first U.S. manufacturer to implement a digital credentialing system that translates military training and experience into competencies aligned with high-demand manufacturing careers. This innovative system is part of the Manufacturing Readiness Project—an initiative conceptualized and co-developed by SOLID, where we serve as both the skills analysis lead and technical provider for the digital badging infrastructure.
Through this effort, transitioning service members and veterans can earn digital badges that validate their readiness for civilian manufacturing roles—credentials that are discoverable, portable, and trusted by employers. These badges are issued through Map My Future, a platform developed by SOLID to make military-acquired skills visible, verifiable, and actionable within the civilian workforce.
In addition to technical skills badges, the initiative includes a suite of leadership badges, mapped to every military occupation at the E-3 level and above, to formally recognize the leadership experience embedded in military service. These badges highlight competencies like team management, decision-making under pressure, and operational oversight—qualities that translate seamlessly into civilian roles and strengthen the case for skills-based hiring.
This marks a major milestone not only for the Manufacturing Readiness Project, but also for SOLID’s broader mission to bridge military experience with civilian opportunity. We believe in a hiring model rooted in trust, transparency, and relevance, and with Map My Future, we’re enabling employers like Anheuser-Busch to tap into the full potential of our nation’s military-connected talent.
We’re honored to see our work shaping national conversations around talent, equity, and workforce readiness, and thrilled to be advancing a project that’s driving meaningful, measurable impact across industries.
