SOLID has been recognized multiple times by the U.S. Department of Labor’s HIRE Vets Medallion Program, the only federal-level award honoring excellence in veteran employment. SOLID earned Platinum Medallions in the Small Business category for three consecutive years, followed by a Gold Medallion in the Medium Business category in 2024, and a Gold Medallion in the Small Business category in 2025—recognizing the company’s sustained commitment to veteran hiring, retention, and professional development as it continues to grow.
