The SOLID Veterans Resource Group
The Veteran Resource Group (VRG) serves a dual purpose: providing a support structure for veteran employees and serving an advisory role for SOLID leadership. New hires are invited to join this employee-led group that offers assistance with transition, navigating veterans benefits, peer mentorship, and a place to discuss service-related news and happenings.
When called upon, the group shares their unique military perspective to provide recommendations for internal processes/policies as well as client-related products and services.
National Guard / Reserves Compensation
SOLID’s Reserve/Guard compensation program enables employees who are members of the National Guard or a U.S. Military Reserve to focus on their service duties without concern for their finances. During periods of service, SOLID makes up the difference between their Guard/Reserve compensation and their normal weekly pay for any missed work days.
