Lisa Lutz

Lisa has over 25 years of experience supporting Workforce Development initiatives as a Policy Analyst and Thought Leader. She has worked in this capacity at the federal and state levels of government and as a consultant to public, private, and non-profit sector clients.

Lauren Runco Bevilacqua

Vice President of Innovation, Strategy, & Delivery

Lauren has over 12 years’ experience working on issues related to the nation’s military and veteran workforce and their transitions to civilian education and employment. Her emphasis on equity and creating opportunities for women and people of color have made her a sought-after voice in higher education and the workforce. Lauren holds a B.S. in International Relations and a M.S. in Higher Education Administration.

Steve Loving

Vice President of Operations & Engineering

A decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Steve is responsible for the strategic business operations of SOLID. With over 25 years of experience, Steve is focused on the development and delivery of business services and solutions, scaling the business for growth and success, and providing oversight to various departments in the organization.
