Lisa Lutz
President & CEO
Lisa has over 25 years of experience supporting Workforce Development initiatives as a Policy Analyst and Thought Leader. She has worked in this capacity at the federal and state levels of government and as a consultant to public, private and non-profit sector clients.
Tom Caldwell
Vice President & CIO
Tom has over 15 years of experience supporting programs oriented to service members and veterans, and in meeting their unique informational needs. He finds serving those who serve to be a privilege and an inspiration.
Jeff Lutz
Vice President & CFO
Jeff brings over 30 years of project and program management experience to the SOLID team. As the Chief Operating Officer, Jeff leads SOLID’s project execution, business development, and corporate support activities.

In 2003, partners Lisa Lutz and Tom Caldwell brought to life their vision of a responsive, efficient company that puts clients first, while working out of their own homes. We come from humble beginnings, founded on the principle that technical expertise, creativity, and dedication are the cornerstones of quality.
