Lisa has over 25 years of experience supporting Workforce Development initiatives as a Policy Analyst and Thought Leader. She has worked in this capacity at the federal and state levels of government and as a consultant to public, private, and non-profit sector clients.

Vice President of Innovation, Strategy, & Delivery

A nationally recognized expert with over 14 years of experience, Lauren develops innovative strategies that translate military-based learning into academic credit and workforce qualifications, advancing equitable access to career success. Her expertise in the evolving ecosystem of skills and credentials makes her a leader in shaping systemic change. Lauren holds degrees in International Relations and Higher Education Administration.

Steve Loving

Vice President of Operations & Engineering

A decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Steve is responsible for the strategic business operations of SOLID. With over 25 years of experience, Steve is focused on the development and delivery of business services and solutions, scaling the business for growth and success, and providing oversight to various departments in the organization.
